Not legal barely legitimate...

Arms of Hezbollah and according to the Lebanese Law are not legal and their legitimacy is a direct result of the political cover they have from the government and due to their power and the fact that it is not an easy task to disarm them.In other words, according to the law now, Hezbollah is a militia outside the scope of government and the Judiciary system in Lebanon can issue arrest warrants for any of its leadership except for the parliament members and cabinet ministers who have special immunity which should be forwarded to the Lebanese Parliament for action.
